HMCS IROQUOIS underway in the Bedford Basin,Halifax on 21 November 2011. Hard to believe she was laid down over fourty years ago.Still one of our frontline vessels. Thank goodness for cathodic protection and paint systems all developed by DRE(A) in the years after WW2. Iroquois due to soldier on until the new DD's are commissioned and who fnows when that is to be.
