Crudeoil tanker OLIVER JACOB spotted inbound this AM 23 July 2013 passing Chebucto Head with tugs outbound for her assistance. This will soon be regarded as history with the closure of the IOL refinery. A once thriving harbour turned into a flowerpot!File photo on 13 June 2009 at Halifax for bunkers.

To update,the vessel is now alongside at IOL (see above) and we have discovered a change in the country of registration,now LIBERIA with Call Sign A8TM9. She is well down on her load line as photo taken just after she secured alongside and the tugs departed AM 23 July 2013.
