Bulk carrier AFRICAN AZALEA anchoring East of Georges Island,Halifax Harbour for bunkers on December 4th 2009. With the position of Halifax on the Atlantic Great Circle route and having a major refinery ,a large number of ships enter the Port for bunkers.
